When our founding team began working with serious athletes across South Africa, they discovered a critical gap: most meal planning resources were either generic or unnecessarily complicated.

We set out to create something different. Thabo holds a degree in Sports Nutrition and has worked with over 200 athletes across rugby, track, and cycling disciplines. His passion for bridging the gap between nutrition science and practical meal planning drives every decision at Fitnessfuelnow. When he's not planning macros, you'll find him running on the slopes of Table Mountain.
